Following the response receive from Royal Mail, I have written to OFCOM asking that they investigate the situation. I understand that other areas and MPs are experiencing similar situations, and this is by no means a local issue, but it is clear that Royal Mail is failing in its public service obligations, and I will continue to press OFCOM to intervene and work with local councillors such as Sara Naylor to restore full service.
